FastAirHockey is proud to ship to wherever you are in the world! 

As a general rule, your merchandise will ship one of two ways :
  • UPS, if under 120 lbs.
  • Freight, if over 120 lbs.
How do I receive my products via UPS?

It's easy.  Order today, and your game will arrive in about a week.  The driver will ring your doorbell and hand you your new game!  If no one is home, the driver will leave a door-knocker to say they attempted delivery.  You can sign the note to say it is safe to leave on the doorstep, or call the toll-free number to arrange an alternative. 

How does freight delivery work?

Freight delivery is simple too.  It's like having furniture delivered.  Order today, and with large game equipment you can expect to have it at your door in about two weeks.  The driver will contact you to arrange a time you are available for delivery.  FastAirHockey gives you options of curbside delivery, curbside delivery with lift gate, inside delivery, and inside white glove delivery.

What is the difference between delivery methods?

Curbside

The freight carrier will deliver your merchandise to your home or business.  You are required to lift the merchandise off the truck and take it inside yourself.  It is recommended to have a dolly or extra people to help you with your game.  This is the most inexpensive type of delivery.
Curbside with Liftgate

The freight carrier will deliver your merchandise to the curb and take it off the truck using a hydraulic lift.  You are required to take it inside yourself.  An extra person or two is also recommended for this method.
Inside Delivery
     
The freight carrier will bring your game inside, setting it just inside the door or garage. Often this an affordable way to delivery the games without the headache of having people help move the games.
White Glove Delivery

This type of shipping is most popular for heavier games.  The freight carrier will bring the game inside your home or business to a room of your choosing.  They will also unpack the game and dispose of the packaging for you.  Included in the White Glove delivery service is 30 minutes of assembly.  This service is easiest as you can be hands-free during delivery.

Choose White Glove with Stairs during checkout to have your game taken up or down a flight of stairs.  Often the cost is a bit more to go upstairs as more delivery men are required.  However, this service is popular for home game room delivery.


What is the delivery time?

Typically, the delivery time is 5-7 business days after your game merchandise leaves the warehouse.  Smaller items can ship out within 24 hours of your order.  Larger items that require preparation for shipment will depart 3-4 days after your order.  On average, expect 1-2 weeks for delivery from the time of order.  You will receive tracking numbers so you can follow your order across the country or around the world.  Please note delivery dates are not guaranteed.  Expedited delivery with a guaranteed date can be arranged for an additional charge - please contact us for a quote on expedited service.

If you are unable to meet the delivery driver at your scheduled appointment time, contact the carrier directly to reschedule.  If delivery cannot be scheduled within ten days of local arrival, applicable storage fees will be due upon receipt.  The additional storage fees are assessed by the freight carrier and are independent of FastAirHockey.  FastAirHockey cannot be responsible for additional fees due to delivery scheduling conflicts. 

What if my merchandise arrives damaged?  

We use a freight carrier with a 99% approval rating.  Rest assured, your games will arrive in perfect condition.   To help us make your shipping experience the best it can be, it is important to :
  1. Document ANY damage or shortages on the delivery receipt (bill of lading).  Be as specific as possible when noting punctures, scratches, or shortages.  Notations such as "hole in box", "packaging torn" and "missing carton" are necessary to establish carrier responsibility.
  2. It is normal for the carton to show some wear; however, if it is clear that MAJOR damage has occurred, REFUSE the delivery and CONTACT US immediately.
Additional Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are listed accurately at time of checkout.  Fuel surcharge increases occasionally occur between the time of your order and freight booking, and you would be notified if additional charges must be applied.  If the freight company requires more funds upon delivery due to additional stairs or conditions not stated at time of order, you will be responsible for such charges.  We want your delivery to occur smoothly and, in recognizing each delivery as unique, must receive advance notice of any obstacles particular to your delivery location.  FastAirHockey cannot be responsible for any freight surcharges.

Inspection Procedures

Although we take great care in packaging goods for shipment, damages may occur.  You are responsible for any damage discovered AFTER signing for the delivery.  All products are shipped with insurance, but in order to ensure credit for any damage you must follow the below delivery acceptance guidelines :
  • When your product is delivered, immediately inspect the entire contents for any damage.
  • Mark any damage on the delivery receipt.  Be as specific as possible.  (scratch, puncture, etc)
  • Report any damage immediately to FastAirHockey, and refuse any product damaged beyond repair. 
  • Do not let a driver push you into signing before you are comfortable.  Take the time to inspect your game, as after signing the delivery receipt, the game is considered delivered in good condition. 
Any product damaged beyond repair will be filed as a shipping claim, and product will be replaced only after receiving funds from the freight carrier's insurance company.  Please note this could be 30-90 days.  Documenting any damage in great detail will increase the speed at which a freight claim is recovered. 

Cancellation & Returns

Cancellation of any order will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.  Returns will be assessed a 25% restocking fee, and must be in brand new condition, still in the original packaging.  Any product that has been used is not returnable.
